Jack's Surgery 2
Wow! It was a long night. Jack has been in a lot of pain since the surgery. After struggling for several hours last night, we resorted to morphine for an hour or two of sleep. Dr. El-Galley's team came in this morning and took the catheter out which was really bothering Jack. I am not sure what the day holds but I will update later. Please pray for his pain to subside. It's so hard to sit here and not be able to help him.

Amanda, We are praying for both of you. I remember how hard it was to see Mom in such pain after heart surgery. The good part was that she remembered none of the awful part. Hopefully, that's true of all major surgery. The flowers have enjoyed a nice rain this morning. PLEASE let us know if we can do anything.

We were able to finally find your blog, adding to our favorites. I hope things are better today, and Jack pain has decreased. I will check back for updates. Talk to you soon.
